Financial Information

If you or your child needs braces, we have finance options that will give you something to smile about. It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget. We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs.

Please ask us about financing options, credit card payments, third party financing (CareCredit and Citi Health), and auto-pay. We will thoroughly explain your options, so that we can accommodate your needs.

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefits of reduced personal costs. We will assist you in determining your insurance coverage and obtaining your benefits. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary and we will need to review your insurance to determine your coverage. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims accordingly.

Patient Forms

What to Expect
We look forward to meeting you on your first visit to our office. During this time, we will help you get acquainted with our office and learn about your orthodontic treatment. We understand that each patient’s orthodontic treatment is different, and we promise to give you the personal attention you deserve. Although orthodontic treatment begins at an early age, we do offer an array of orthodontic treatment for adults as well—just ask us on what options we have available to make your treatment a comfortable one! If necessary, we can also work closely with your dentist to make sure that your dental health is well maintained throughout the course of treatment. Remember, it is never too late to start orthodontic treatment. Your first orthodontic visit will consist of an examination and discussion of potential treatment options. After we have evaluated your records, we will conduct a treatment consultation to explain all aspects of your treatment in detail. We will provide a complete clinical diagnosis regarding the nature of the problem, a written summary of the findings and a detailed plan that outlines your treatment, goals and estimated fees. We encourage questions from both the patient and the parent, and as such, we provide ample time to answer your questions.
